Inergen SV22 - A Multizone System
A cost-effective and space saving solution
The SV22 system is designed to protect multiple zones using a single cylinder bank, sized to match the largest individual zone. For example, if three zones require 30, 20, and 10 cylinders respectively, the system is configured with 30 cylinders— and not 60 – enough to protect any one of the three zones.
The system is equipped with selector valves that automatically open to release Inergen into the zone where a fire is detected. Only one valve opens at a time, meaning the Inergen is directed exclusively to the affected area. As a result, only one zone can be protected per incident. This makes SV22 ideal for buildings where the risk of simultaneous fires in multiple zones is low.
By consolidating protection into one cylinder bank, the SV22 system significantly reduces equipment needs, saving both space and installation costs – without compromising safety.
Standalone - A Single System
A Stand Alone system, also called a single system, is a fire protection solution using Inergen to protect one zone or room with its own cylinder battery.
This solution is chosen when only one area needs fire protection or when each zone requires its own independent system.
